Haven't tried watermelon and am definitely willing to. I found this morning (i live in Australia) water carbonated using my soda stream works wonders.
Im sure if i hydrate i wont need to the pills for my headache. Its from dehydration.. it hurts my brain lol

Random thought, have you tried to eat watermelon? Has tons of water, maybe it's easier to stomach.

Take Tylenol for your headache and take Tums when drinking the water. Water cause heartburn for me. Talk to your Dr too. Headaches can be a sign of high blood pressure.

Oh goodness. Sounds like I wrote this post. I spent my first trimester feeling the same way. Water instead of coming up now sits at the back of my throat for two hours afterwards. I could not eat nor drink anything without throwing up. I was weak and tired. And looks like my bp and not drinking water made the protein in my urine go up. So off to a maternal fetal medical dr. I go Tuesday. So far, I have added lemons, oranges, cucumbers, mint, to each liter of water I drink. So far I have added a little sugar to some of those and I just chug to get it down after each bathroom trip. I've only been at it for about three days, I've probably gained a couple of pounds due to the sugar but my urine is clearer. The liquid seems to stay in the back of my throat now at 15 wks. But good luck to you. My dr. Said just drink the water even if you throw it up you will be getting some water. She did give me promethezine for a shirt while. And then reglan. Hope this helps.
