low back pain!!!
My lower back hurts like crazy it hurts on both sides i cant sleep on either one of my sides .
I sleep with a body pillow but it doesn't really help its down in my legs to so I take a hot shower before I go to bed but by the time im laying down it starts to hurt again so I really wanna get me one of those body pillows that wraps around ur body and see if that will help but I don't have long left to go
Two things eliminated this for me. One was a pregnancy pillow. Its horseshoe shaped and huge, but man oh man, the relief was worth it!! Also, my husband went out and got me icy hot patches. He got them in two different sizes. We just peel them off the backing and stick them directly on the pain area. Sooo good. Good luck!
Try to take Tylenol and lay on your side... should help.! Or try heating pad in low for 10 min...this helps me..
