Hi. Im 36 weeks pregnant as of tomorrow 16th March 2013 and I get alot of aches and pain in my legs and low stomachwhen I get up from sleeping.. I was wondering if any of you knew if I could use Deep Heat Cream whilst pregnant?

I read into it and it's no... On the instructions it say not to use in pregnancy. I had bad shoulder and couldn't use it. Same with most muscle creams. But it is ok to use something like hot water bottle.

Sloan pas was recommended to me from l&d. Tiger balm is good too.

As long as you arent putting it on your belly something like bengay or muscle rub should be fine. I used it on my lower back afew times when i was pg with my twins.
