whats worse?

I was due yesterday, but when the time comes I don't wana get an epidural , its my first baby , and I wana know which is worse contractions or giving birth?

Contractions but you don't have to get an epidural to deal with them. I never got one cause I was so terrified of a needle going in my back.  I got meds through an IV. It made the contractions easy. I was able to rest and do what I wanted until it was time to push.

Contractions.  Cuz once the head comes out.  You feel such a relief.
