mucus like stuff in back of throat
Is there anything I can take to get rid of this nasty mucus like stuff in the back of my throat? I had something similar with my last pregnancy and feel baggy all the time and am constantly drinking to try and keep it at bay.
Try gargling warm salt water. It should help to break up some of the mucus.
That happens to me all the time too I don't know anything over the counter but kool aid is been helping me a lot even though I don't like to drink Kool Aid because of all the sugar that's in it it does help though
