Is it normal to be scared?

Hi I'm 37 weeks with a boy and the other day I was having contractions to where they woke me up. An it hit me then that I'm not ready. Is it normal to be scared or have doubts this late in pregnancy?

I'm almost 39 weeks pregnant with my first and I'm super nervous now. We waited years to try for a baby and now that I have about a week left I sometimes wonder what did we get ourselves into! I'm definitely excited but it's nerve wrecking also.

Thanks so much. I just kinda figured where I have a four yet old I wouldn't get nervous but I guess it's even scarier this time for me then it was the first

Its completely normal to feel that way. This is my second baby and Its been 6 years since my first one. I thought i was ready for this one, but as my due date inches closer and closer i find myself getting more and more nervous. Some days I think "Im ready for this" and other days I'm like "holy cow,  this is really happening!" Lol just try to relax and think about all the amazing days u will have with ur lil one once he arrives. Good luck! :)

I think is pretty normal that you feel that way because you never know how is going to be the labor even  if you already have children the thing is no let that the scared  ruin your experience at the end that pain is going away and you can keep the most beautiful bless of your life... good luck. :-)
