37 + 2 weeks

Hi

I am worried about postnatal depression I don't sleep I have about 2 hours a night has I have SPD I am in so much pain and so exhausted always getting angry with my husband and taking things out of him I lost my plug and nothing happen yet I been having brazen hicks for while now and keep getting shooting pains and like baby is pushing down to get into position, I think I may have postnatal depression can anyone else help and what they think?

So sorry to hear you have been feeling like this. While it may not be post-partum depression since you haven't had the baby yet, there are still a lot of hormonal changes going on that can have effects similar to what you are experiencing. If it helps, there is a good little article about it here (http:****) and I think it might be encouraging as you are on the home stretch of your pregnancy journey.

You don't have postpartum depression until you've had the baby... you're just hormonal and in your third trimester. All totally normal. Every single bit of it.
