I drink a ton of ice water. I fill my cup to the rim with ice and pour cold water over and just keep drinking that and refilling when I née to. I probably drink about a gallon of that a day. 3/4 to one whole. I have a big thirst with my pregnancy also, that's the only thing that leaves me feeling good too.

If it gets to the point where you're almost fainting like I just had, go in. I've been hospitalized for dehydration about 5 times since I've been pregnant. IVs definitely helped. Lol. Hope you feel better soon. Any sickness during pregnancy *****.

Had the same problem. Drink water or pedialite. Eat ice chips. My favorite was ice chips and lots of lemonade. No soda, energy drinks. No Gatorade or powerade. Heard those can dehydrate you as much as soda can from the sugars in it equaling to a can of soda.

Freeze some fruit juice to suck on? That can be refreshing.

Coconut water does the same thing but without artificial sweeteners or colors and has many natural vitamins/electrolytes.there are yummy flavored ones too. Its the choice drink for a hangover so you know is helps with dehydration.  :)

Try Pedialite. I prefer the orange flavor. My doctor started me on it because water wasn't enough & I needed more electolites but without the sugar found in sports drinks. I was instructed to drink 8oz - 12oz after every glass or bottle of water I drank. It sure helped me. It also helped cut back on leg cramps & lessened the Braxton Hicks I was having. Give it shot & see how it works for you. Good luck!  :)

I'm having the same problem too , I drink everything tryna quench my thirst & water doesn't even help at times ... my best advice is to eat ice . It helped me for awhile, hopefully it works for you too.
