nausea at 37+3 weeks

Im being woken up out of a dead sleep from nausea and having a constant acidy feeling in my throat, like somethings gonna come up but never does. And it lasts for about an hour then I fall back asleep. Then it continues a little bit after I wake up for work and lasts most of my day. Is this a sign of labor coming or am I just getting sick? I haven't had morning sickness at all my entire pregnancy and its weird its this intense.

I get that everything single time I lay down  :/  and i burp up little spoonfuls of acid/vomit. I eat about 4 tums at bedtime every night when it starts and then I'm OK. In my case- I don't think it has anything to do with labor coming.
