Im 7 weeks, 36 years old and this is my 4th pregnancy too and I feel the same way. Always tired, hard to get out of bed and I barely can work too. Last 3 of my pregnancies I work until I pop. So hang in there and I hope it gets better for you.

Im 38 weeks and the sleepiness and easily tired has returned. I think it has a lot to do with age also. Im sure if I had been pregnant at 26 instead of 36 it wouldnt have been so bad. It worth it though ;)

I'm 8 weeks and get so tired after doing something as simple as folding towels. I just try to take one step at a time. It's hard because so much needs to be done.

I'm in the same boat at 28 weeks. I have had no relief of fatigue since the onset of pregnancy and my iron and hemoglobin levels were within normal limits. I think I just have a lower tolerance for dipping iron levels than most people. I become symptomatic after donating blood. However I think my fatigue is multifactorial and have been trying hard to find out what else could be causing my fatigue and poor cognition. Increasing my nutritional iron intake and taking a liquid iron supplement of 50 mg a day does help though. If you run across something that gives you an energy boost, let me know!

You'll get it back in a couple of weeks! Have your ferritin stores checked as anaemia can exhaust too
