Im 43. This is my 2nd pregnancy in 7 months. Lost baby at 8 weeks. Now i am 4 weeks and 6 days but i dont have sore breasts this time and im a bit worried.

I had 0 symptoms when I was pregnant with my twins until about week 10. :). Good luck! I hope this is a sticky lil one :)
With my first baby, I didn't have any symptoms until about 8 weeks. My symptoms never got very strong. I never had sore breasts and although I had a little nausea, it was barely noticeable. The pregnancy was fine.
Symptoms, or lack thereof, really have no bearing on whether the pregnancy will be successful. Your nervousness is normal, but (I know easier said than done) don't waste your time worrying about what your symptoms mean.
