Not sure on the headache, possibly blood pressure? As far as pumping and no milk, you could have a blockage in your milk gland. I would consult your doctor on that.

If you had an epidural, a headache that lasts days or weeks can be a side effect. Otherwise, could be that you are dehydrated, or maybe caffeine withdrawal if you aren't getting your regular coffee or tea? Just some ideas.
Pumping may not work if you are unable to relax and have a let-down. I had that problem after my daughter was born, and it was so painful! I tried to pump and turned it up so high that I actually hurt myself. You should try some hand expression first (Google it). Hopefully you got to see a lactation consultant before you left the hospital - did they give you a # to call if you are struggling with breast feeding? My best advice is to try to relax as you try to get the milk to flow. Relax all your muscles, take deep breaths, and think about your son. Your body knows what to do!
Did you try warm compresses on your boobs? I agree it may be a gland blockage but try warm compresses or get in shower and run them under warm/hot water. Using hand expressions to alleviate pressure.
