Ovulation and Pregnancy

Can ovulation periods change from month to month? I understand every womans cycle is different.  I have been pregnant before while having intercourse on the 14th day of a 28 day menstrual cycle. Could I be pregnant by having intercourse on the 26th day?  And would that stop my periods due two days later? My periods have not started on the 30th day and my partner did pull out on time though I know that may not be entirely safe. So I am about 2 days late now and my periods typically start very punctually. And the 26th day activity is the only one in the month.

I have been having a sinus infection for 5 weeks with antibiotics and  plenty of decongestants. Not sure whether that has an affect on one's cycle.

Ov can change from month to month.  The time between when af starts to ov can vary greatly.  Mosty, after ov, its 12-14 days until af starts. This is for most women but it can differ for some women, too.
