So I just got the worst pain I went to pee and when I was done I couldnt get up because of the pain I had right in my vag bone I couldnt move at all and it lasted about a minute or less is this normal
Either bladder infection (drink loads of water nothing else) or could be abit of SPD if it was the bone which hurt, talk to your midwife next time if it was that.
