You can indeed do IVF. There are rare cases, as spade says, but it is nothing to count on; however, IVF will bypass your tubes entirely. Good luck!
i think it would never be possible because you've already cut the fallopian tubes...you're egg cell travels from the ovary to fallopian to uterus...once you've cut the uterus the egg and the sperm will never have a time to meet because the passage way which is the fallopian tube is cut...
I don't know your odds of conceiving naturally, but I've heard that people who have had their tubes tied can become pregnant with in vitro fertilization because they implant the egg and the tubes are not needed.
Its possible, but incredibly, incredibly, rare. In the event you were to fall pregnant you would be at high risk for an ectopic pregnancy which is very dangerous.
