I am almost 27 wks. Between the discomfort of being preg the belly an heartburn an peeing...... I am getting less an less sleep like 5hrs. I would just get it when u can at nt or naps.... I figure my body is adjusting to little sleep preparing me for my lil one. Lol
Half of a unisom is safe to take, I was taking it for a while abd it helped a good deal. It's normal to not be able to sleep at this point. Could be caused by anything from anxiety to your impending birth to just being plain uncomfortable. I have always had insomnia abd pregnancy makes it worse because I am a light sleeper and when the baby starts her little rave party in there I wake up and can't sleep until she's done. I have also been told that drinking milk or eating a banana before bed will also help with sleep. I don't like milk and bananas cause me to have reflux so I haven't tried either of those options.
