Sure, why not! As long as you are getting all your nutritional requirements from fresh fruits, veggies, lean meats, poultry, etc...Are you taking prenatals? If you're concerned what is safe to eat during pregnancy, your OB's office should have a list of food/drink that is safe and unsafe for consumption during pregnancy.
