Is it okay to eat frozen dinners in your first trimester such as Lean Cuisines, Smart Ones, Healthy Choice??
I agree 100% with Pamela, as long as its not in any attempt to lose weight (I saw the Lean Cuisine). Not the time to diet. Good luck to you!!
Sure, why not! As long as you are getting all your nutritional requirements from fresh fruits, veggies, lean meats, poultry, etc...Are you taking prenatals? If you're concerned what is safe to eat during pregnancy, your OB's office should have a list of food/drink that is safe and unsafe for consumption during pregnancy.
