Im 35 weeks and I still smoke not as many but 4-6 a day. My doctor told me if I stop it may cause stress on me then stress on the baby. He said not to use the n gum or patchs because that gives the baby more then smoking does. I hate to smoke while pregnant I tried everything to stop and couldnt so I cut back.

Stopping all together is best but. .. with my first pRegnancy I smoked and the doctor just told me to cut down to five a day or less. . She said at five a day it should not affect the baby at all. . Then after I had her I quit using the blue e-cig..:)

My sister-in-law quit by going to a medically certified hypnotist who did stop-smoking as a specialty.
