soothing ideas
Anyone got ideas to sooth contractions . hard to sleep with them coming every 5 ten minutes ..
There not painful just really uncomfortable . I had a sweep done today and I lost my mucus plus three hours ago but this has been going on since I got home from the dr
My ob said if your contractions are that bad, then go to the hospital. Especially if there are five minutes apart and they are that uncomfortable, also try laying on your left side and drink lots of water. If any position don't ease the contractions, the call your ob you may be in labor.
