this is to much pain

I'm 11weeks with my first and I have a hemorrhoid from pushing to much in the restroom the hospital didn't do much for me but its really painful and weird feeling is there anything I can do ?

If it hurts, it could be "strangulated". Lubricate your finger and manually push it back in. I know it's gross but you will feel instant relief. You may have to do this after each bowel movement. I'm sorry. I know these are painful.

Try to seating in the warm water which Is mix with beta-din drops, it help your problem & your pain as wel.

Try a used tea bag as a soother on them maybe?
More fibre, plenty of liquids.  We have kiwi-fruit ice lollies which are literally blended kiwi fruit with their skins on.  They work really well and taste great.

Getting your constipation under control so you're not straining is one step. Increase your fiber and water intake.  Try 6 oz of warm prune juice or Apple juice daily. Also incorporate walking into your routine, even just 20 minutes a day will help keep you "moving" :) You can also use an over the counter stool softener- colace- safely in pregnancy.  For the hemorrhoids witch hazel pads or Tucks medicated wipes work well. You can get either at any drug store.  Also hemorrhoid ointment,  also sold over the counter. Good luck:)
