Go see a chiropractor. They have ways of manipulating the body so the baby will turn. Also, sit as far forward as you can in a chair or car. This makes the baby want to move. No sitting back and relaxing in the last trimester unfortunately.
My twins were transverse when I went into labor. We had no issues, but I did have a c section.
