I'm 38 weeks and I'm 1cm dialited and 30% effaced. My doctor said I could go into labor anytime. I'm scared I won't know I'm having contractions. What do they feel like so I know. Please help

Strong period cramps that are in your lower back also!! Put your hands on your belly & you can feel true contractions tighten it up then relax after contraction. Hope this helps!!
