when should I go in?

So I'm 36 wks today. I've been dialated to a 2 for over a week and having very irregular contractions for several weeks. This morning I've had 5 in an hour and they seem to be a little more intense but still not really painful so idk if they count as real contractions. I have a very high pain tolerance though.  So when would you ladies suggest going to L&D? Is it 6 in an hour even if they're not regular?

Nope! I'm 4 cm dialated, contractions are only coming about every 30 min but not regular. I haven't been back to hospital and I go see my doc tuesday if she's not here yet. I have tons of lower pressure though which makes me nervous. Would you go back just for pressure? I'm jist nervous cuz I had zero contractions and ended uo bwing fully dialated with my son and with my daughter my water broke but had zero contractions for hours so thwy had to give me pitocin.  What would you ladies do? The pressure is pretty intense and painful and it hurts to move.

Well I went in, my contractions were about 5 min apart but not strong. I'm 4 cm dialated. They let me go home cuz my contractions slowed after I got there but they checked me and now I'm all crampy and uncomfortable. Blah. Still contracting but not as often.

Ya I'm gonna keep watching them and if it continues I'll call. They're a little more intense but not super painful.

You definitely want them to be regular, but it's possible they may not be. And they typically each last a little longer, so check the duration. And of course you can call in to your doc. See what they want you to do.
