Hey this thing has been bothering me these few days..

My girlfriend and i were fooling around and i did not masturbated myself for more than a week.
My question is here, Is it possible that precum still contain sperms if i did not masturbate for more than a week and had wet dream 4days ago even though i had urinated for more than 10times?
Will my girlfriend get pregnant IF I had some precum on my finger an hour before i started to finger her?
