up to 300 mg of caffiene per day is considered safe. I'm a big caffeine junky and drank a lot of sodas with msot of my pregnancies and never had any issues from it.
Yeah i asked my doctor this question when i found out i was pregnant as I usually have 1 tea a day while I am work.. and she said not to worry aobut it just to try to keep it under 200 MG a day.. I quit it all pretty much when i found out I was pregnant still. Honestly though to be safe during the first trimester at least, try to keep it to one caffeinated beverage a day as you want it

It doesn't cause harm to your baby but some studies have shown that over 200mg showed increased risk of miscarriage. That is why especially in the first trimester (when we need the caffeine the most lol) they say limit it.
I've never limited my caffeine and my kids are fine. I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Most Dr's say up to 300mg of caffeine a day which is equal to about 3-4 cups of coffee. I wouldn't worry to much I drank 1-2 Mt. Dews a day the whole time I was pregnant and I am breastfeeding and I drink 1 Mt. Dew in the morning I don't drink coffee at all. I drink Chi tea too and it has caffeine in it.
Just try to limit your quantity.
