I was told by my dr is that your body needs to get 8 hours of sleep aday b/c your body will get off track and can affect your period.. I was working third shift and was not getting the sleep I needed and had a very hard time getting preg... as soon as i stopped working third shift I ended up preg 3 months later...
I really thought at least 3 hrs was enough. Thank you ladies!
You're welcome! tcyof . com has a free trial where you can put in your numbers for a month and it's like a tutorial or crash course on charting. I found it really helpful. My first chart was covered with things I was doing wrong as far as charting. That's where I got my info on the hours required for sleep. It tells you based on your temps when you ovulated as well so you can get the hang of it.
