Bump I'm the same as you and I think my baby is now back to back
lie on your stomach for ten mins a day if you m8 can. never slouch back on your couch - sit either on a birthing ball so your hips are higher than your knees, or backwards on a kitchen chair, lean forward on it so you're holding onto the back of the chair and let your knees bend down. for ten mins every hour, go onto all 4s (hands and knees, not elbows and knees) and have someone rub your back, sleep on your side and alternate sides if you can. the Spinning Babies website has some useful info on it.
my son turned back to back at 41 weeks and we had to turn him - we succeeded, but the little darling turned himself back round at 42 weeks, i ended up having a back labour for almost ten hours - couldn't feel any contractions in my front, stomach tightening or anything, just this gripping sensation in my lower back that lasted the duration of my contractions x
