Eating tums before you eat will help coat your stomach your doctor may also prescribe an antacid for you if it worsens.
also eating small amounts of food at a slow paste may help a little. It's to be expected though. Sometimes nothing works and it will only increase as the baby grows. Just to warn you..

Im 7 weeks now, i noticed heartburn abt a week ago. Slight cramps are normal, it means your baby is growing

Yeah when i was around that time i had the same thing going on. Right after every meal my stomach would hurt. I asked my doctor what it was he said its a normal pregnancy symptom and that i could think about it like the baby was eating. So don't worry all is well.

cramping and heartburn are definitely normal. as long as you don't experience any bleeding! if you do get ahold of your doctor! im 6 weeks and i get heartburn almost everyday! i have also had minor cramping. its just your belly getting ready to start stretching! try eating a tums for the heartburn.
