Dialating and thinning!!
So last time i was checked which was 2 weeks ago i was almost 2cm dialated and 85% effaced. For the past week i been bouncing on my exerscise ball and having alot of sex to help dialate n everything. What is ur ladies opinions on if u think it has worked? I have an appt wednesday. What did u ladies do to help dialate and soften??
vaginal & pelvic pressure.. i feel like my vagina weighs a ton of water! anyone feels the same?? this wakes me up in the middle of the night.. just a lot of pain down there..
my friend who's a nurse told me to eat a lot of watermelon! helps get ur contraction started! Im 37wks 5days...i havent tried it yet.. id definitely wanted sex... BUT my vagina hurts so bad!!! hurts like a son of a b****!!!! :'(
Anything else u ladies have done to induce labor and it worked? Or atleast help dialate n thin??
I think I made it as lasagna but it was 6 and 8 years ago lol. All I'm finding is the eggplant oatmeal so that must be it. I blame the brain fart on being pregnant :P
Hopefully it works for you :) you should be able to find it on google, apparently a restaurant in Cali serves it and guarantees you'll be in labor within 24 hours. It takes a while to make but it's worth it even just for the noms, it's really good. And good for you :)
Really?! Thats crazy! Im gunna try it im 37 weeks im getting induced at 38+6 if i havnt had him by then because of his large size!!
Well my hubbys a sex addict i think lol i dont think hed ever stop having sex. He stopped for the first week or so when i got pregnant with this baby because i misscarried with my first and he thought it was his fault because i started bleeding after we had sex. But after that first week weve always had sex lol. And eggplant lasagna?! That sounds good!! How many weeks were u when u ate it
42 with my son and 38 with my daughter. Worked like a charm. I wasn't even dilated with either of them before I had it.

Me too, mine already thinks he's going to hurt the baby and I'm only 13 weeks :| look up a recipe for labor inducing eggplant lasagna, I used it with both my older kids and went into labor within 6 hours. And it's yummy.
having a lot of sex... hmmmm.. i hope i can get my hub on it.. he's pretty much afraid of having sex thinking he's goin to poke our baby's head! LOL how do u get to convince ur partners to be on sex on the last few weeks of ur pregnancy? im interested to know!
I read ALOT on line that bouncing on a ball helped alot of women dialate and thin because it pretty much forces the baby further down in the birth canal. And let me tell u. It sure feels like its worked because he feels lower than EVER after using it. Some times i feel like if i squat he may fall out lol
