Father Needs Peace of Mind: Help me figure out who made my sons mother pregnant?!

Dear Community,

I am involved in a paternity case that is involving my son and his mother. I had to take 3 DNA TEST... Thats right. 3 test because
A- The first laboratory sent me results that were different from the courts (My Ethnicity and my Paternal Indexes where all different)
B- The second private laboratory (done outside of the courts) for what every reason sent my results to my child support officer with out my consent . As a result he is being investigated because he doesnt want to reveal how he got my results.

To make things even worse, the mother realized that I wasn't present when she conceived therefore she took her pregnancy profile from the hospital records and claimed" She lost it while she was moving" to the court.

So to get to my point please read my story and let me know if you feel that :
A- The doctors made a 6 week discrepancy
B- The mother is took my sperm
C- There could be a sign of paternity fraud

Ok here are  facts regarding her pregnancy term

Date of Intercourse :November 27
Date of my son: September 27
Recorded weeks of Term:  38 Week Gestation
Weight of my son: 2.7 KG
Procedure of birth: Normal Vertex Deliver

Background of Story:

On November 27, I slept the " Miss Rooi". The next day I went on holiday only to return January 20th.
On this day is when she explained to me that she was pregnant after taking 2 pregnancy test and visiting the doctor for confirmation.

February 1rst.
Her sister and I along with Miss Rooi where talking about the pregnancy when I asked Miss Rooi " When did the doctor say that you where due? " She replied" Sometime in August" ... I then immediately start counting on my fingers starting from December to see if August was a 9 month duration (which in fact it was). After I counted her sister said something I will never forget... she said " Sooo it was you".. At the time I didn't think about that comment but from what I gather this could mean that there possibly was a third party involved...(but I will let you be the judge)

March 1rst
I asked her about her due date and her reply " Still in August"

April -"Still in August"

May-"August"

June 1rst:

I had to go overseas and I paid a visit to her and asked her when is your due date? Here reply.. " Sometime in mid August" ( You noticed never gave me an exact date..Why?)

So about a year later when I came back.. I asked her when our son was born and she said " September 27"
My reaction was like "WHAT.. how many months where you pregnant?" She replied "9 months" . I took her word for it but it still didn't make sense with me as  every month she confirmed in August . This was when I wanted to investigate myself

I  started doing the math and what I calculated from her last LMP ( November 20th) to the date my son was born (September 27) It would have been 10 full months and 8 days into the 11 Month ( Just under 45 weeks). I then showed her this and she then started selling me on the fact her term was a 10.5 month term.. This was when I demanded to see her pregnancy file at the hospital... Which stated that she had a recorded 38 Week Term.

When I saw this.. I counted 38 weeks back from September 27th and to my surprise its landed on January 4th. ( This means that she only conceived around January 14-22) After seeing this she then went from saying 9 months then to 10.5 months and then back to 9 months.( I found it very weird how a woman can carry a child for so long and not remember how long they where pregnant?)

So after looking at the folder closely I there where no notes indicated that she had an overdue pregnancy. There where not complications in fact she was considered 2 weeks early from her due date. This means that her due date with was October 11th!!! ( If my son was born on this date..it would have been 1 week shy of a full 11 month term)

In fact when I asked her to tell the judge to explain her pregnancy she said explained to her that she started feeling sick in the middle of January, and she inquired about how long she was.. the doctor told her she was only two weeks pregnant! ( Know why would the doctor say this.... its simple. he asked her when her last menstrual period was.. JANUARY 4th.)

So guys, tell me what you think could have happened.. Do you think that my sperm stayed inside her for 6 weeks.. only to get her pregnant in the Middle of January?  Do you think the doctors made a mistake and let her go over 5 weeks on her term? Or do you think I am being set up ?

My personal opinion someone is covering up something I feel that I am raising someone elses kid. Its hurts my heart when I look into my sons eyes that my gut is telling me something is wrong.

Let me see how I can organize my son to come over my house to take the home test. I haven't seen him in 2 months since the mother has changed her number..... I even took the initiative to make surprise visits and I left several letters for her to contact me.

I will update you as I recently had a meeting with person in charge of the Medical Records at the Hospital. I providing him proof that the folder was stolen and what he is going to do is contact the local police authorities to questions her and possible conduct a search for the folder at  her residence.

What really makes me upset is that the mother has no sensitivity of what this is doing to our son?!  It make me sick!

Ohhhhhhh okay see you cleared a little up for me. Lol well like the other girls were saying why not buy a home one and send it off yourself? I mean that way you know it's yours. But it does sound like a really weird situation. I know you said something about court do you have a lawyer that will look deeper into everything and help you more with the situation? Like in getting those papers from the hospital?  If not i highly recommend splurging the money and getting one, or a better one. Specially if you have someone that can vouch for you that you were NOT with her when she conceived......and if he is yours, then her literally stealing your *** sounds VERY possible....which is so freaking odd of someone to do. Lol i know girls that would go that far which is messed up. Sorry you're in this situation!

This is a good point . But how do I know this is even my dna thats being used on the test? Then what these test are saying that she was pregnant 8 days into her 11th month. Or my sperm supernaturally decided to impregnate her 6 weeks after intercourse. Or she stole my sperm lol. The only way this pregnancy could have been generated by me was if I slept with her in the middle of January ( while I was away)

This is all I am trying to find out is how.. thats all

This is so confusing lol. You said in a comment that all three tests were positive, meaning he is positive for being your kid right? If that's what you meant, why are you still iffy about him being your kid? I mean if there was 3 done they can't be wrong. I'm just saying I'm really not trying to sound rude.

My LMP was January 3rd.  I conceived January 18th, and the due date is October 10th.  Every woman is different, but it seems very unlikely that this is your biological child.

I Think You Are Being Set Up!!! And They Have Home dna Test At Walgreen and cvs I Say do one yourself and send it in to a lab and then they will send you your results!!! Best Wishes To You Tho

And I also want to add, it is NOT the sons fault, at all, I would hate to see you vanish from his life because of what his mother did, what a painful experience not only for him but you as well. I hope things work out, and good for you for doing the homework yourself!

This could be the oddest thing to say right now & im sorry your in this position. It really sounds like your being set up, somethings not right.. Do you have a brother with the same paternal parents? That may have slept with this woman? Thats the only other resonable explaination i could possibly think of to your situation.

This is crazy. I agree with everyone else that you're being set up. I don't know how, but something doesn't sound right. Just out of curiosity, since you mentioned going across seas, are you in the military?

The dates don't match up by almost more than a month, definitely doesn't sound like he's yours biologically.

Just buy the paternity test they have at Walgreens and do it yourself. You take a sample from you and him and send it to a lab with $119 i think is what the box says.

I had my lmp jan 2nd. Conceived exactly 2 wks later and am due oct 9th. However I'm having twins, so I'm being induced this tues,the 25th, at 38wks. My other pregnancy I conceived nov and had my son aug 5. No way  does any of what she is telling you add up esp when I can so easily compare my dates against it. She must have a lot of money to be buying someone off, but if you can, id take your son and yourself somewhere completely new and do a dna test without her knowledge. This is if you can do that..I've never had to go through any testing so I don't know the rules, but it deff sounds like you're being set up and someone that knows nothing would give the best results because they wouldn't be corrupted by whatever mess she's causing and trying to cover up

Of Course all three test are positive. (I haven't had time to investigate the third Laboratory that I took recently.) I called them yesterday to find out if I can get my samples back to do further testing... The lady really didn't seem like she wanted to help me.. I told her my whole story and she was just asking me what the results where.... All of the people who I suspected to be involved  in this all had the same reaction. They dont remember things and they ignore the illegal produce's that was used to obtain my results from my second test.


What freaks me out is the Nurse who took my first test (via the courts) New about my Second test that where taken through a totally different and private laboratory...It may sound strange but they are working together to cover up the true results..

Did you know that every time I requested a test , the mother would change her number? As of today she has changed her number 4 times in 6 months? And right now I think she found out the the Child Support Officer is being investigated..she  told me she lost her phone...This was 2 months ago and she still doesn't have a number... Its just strange to me how a mother can go 2 months with out a phone?

Most likely, you're not the blood father. Think of the bigger picture here though. That is your son because you raised him as your son all this time. If the tests come back as you not being the father, are you going to walk out of his life or be the father he sees you as? Blood relation isn't everything ya know....

Omg,  what a story,  it just doesn't seem to add up at all when you had intercourse and she got pregnant that's a big gap,  I really think your being set up to which is sad because she is not only messing with your feelings but also that of her sons x

This is a crazy story.
Sorry your going threw all of this. But as the other ladies have stated I think your being set up..hopefully you can get the paternity tests and clear this all up but I think your not the father and that she's just claiming that you are for whatever reason, maybe your the better choice.

Doctors wont let yu go over 42 weeks because its ups the chance of a stillbirth. I think yer being set up
