Growing belly,negative results!

Since late august I began 'feeling pregnant'.definetly had spotting in early october and went to the doctor thinking I'm pregnant right?wrong!the doc took a urine test and a blood test wich all came back negative.I started 'letting go' of this pregnant feeling. However since mid october my body has made some dramatic changes.Firstly i do not have breast tissue -but I got breasts overnight!I started having random ligament pains and the cherry on the cake is I have a belly showing and i was ALWAYS the lucky one with a flat tummy!my hips have noticeably expanded and I started devoloping stretch marks!my veins are so blue!can a pregnancy go undetected?I've been feeling movement in my lower abdomin on the left side and it is not gas!should I go for an ultrasound?I am so scared!Melissa x p.s,lots of baby dust to all of you

This could be dif things. If you are really really wanting a baby and have been trying very hard yoyr mind is very powerful can make your body cange and everything. But it could also be a health issue or maybe even a baby. Whatever it is make sure they check into it bc they could just be missing simething. The longer you put it off the worse things can get. Some drs will be stubborn and not want to check into it but there is a dr out there that will

At this stage ultrasound would be a good idea.. as yes pregnancy can go on without being detect able... however keep in mind there many other things which can cause sudden problems such as fallopian cysts if undetected can cause bloated stomach and some pregnancy symptoms.. some women mistake it with pregnancy end up in hospital fight for their life... if you seeing such a big change i do not think you should be sitting at home and do nothing about it... i would recommend that you speak to ur doctor again and ask him for u/s... also check if you have made changes to your diet or anything you have done in past few months which could cause change in your body and cycles...

i hope you are considering getting an u/s soon enough because in either way u need support.. if you are pregnant you probably need vitamins etc plus there are so many tests you might miss... and if its fallopian cysts then your life is at stake.. any time rupture happens it can poison your uterus causing long term illness and fertility problem... take care of ur self

I became pregnant in August (unknowingly) , in September i just started noticing symptoms so I took at home tests every weekend, nothing, all negative. End of September i had blood tests, an ultra sound, and pee tests. Everything came back came no baby. All they found was a cyst.  So when i had another visit for my cyst i got another ultasound. The next few days they called and said i was pregnant. Turns out even the blood test and ultrasound had shown no baby but I'm now due may 19! Surprise! So yes the tests can be wrong, don't give up hope=)

My sister went thru the same thing and really was convinced she was pregnant because her tummy just kept growing...it ended up being a 6 lb tumor

I agree! Ask for a scan to be done!! With my first my blood and urine tests showed negative until i was almost 2 months pregnant. I drank during those first 2 months. It could be an undetected pregnancy or it could be some kind of cyst or Tumor.

Definitely get scan done. One of my friends had all the signs of pregnancy growing belly sore breasts missed periods and she thought she was pregnant but test came back negative. Don't want to scare you but she ended up with a fibroid cyst that was the size of a softball and she had to have it removed. Please please get scanned as if you wait too long it won't be good for you or baby if you are pregnant. Could be life threatening. God bless you and take care!

Is there such a thing as phantom pregnancy ?

I don't knot why both tests showed up neahtice especially a blood test. It could be a phantom pregnancy. Where your body believes its pregnant but it's not. I'd go back to your gp, or get a second opinion and probably be requesting an ultra sound.
