THANKS SO MUCH LADIES. I TOO HEARD ABOUT THE FLINTSTONE VITAMINS. I WILL GIVE MY DR A CALL IN THE MORNING.
I have been taking a prescription prenatal from my doc for my pregnancy. It's the only one that hasn't made me sick. I take it at night, right before bed, so I don't get as sick. The one I'm taking is pre-nexa. It has DHA in it. It's excellent! Good luck!
With my son I took flintstones too :) this time around I was losing alot of weight again and was practically living in my bathroom so my dr told me not to take anything until I can keep regular food down. I would try the flintstones. They were pretty easy on my stomach with my son :)
I have a prescription from my doc (it says PNV-select by Brookstone) but last time, I had an OTC one I liked. I don't know if that helps much but I wanted to echo the previous post about chewable vitamins - a friend of mine has trouble swallowing pills at the best of times and her midwife had her use chewable vitamins as well!
One a day makes a prenatal combo it comes in a purple box. And its the only thing not making me sick LOL I would give it a try. My doctor said it has everything a prescribed vitamin has so it could work for you good luck!!!
I know alot of ppl will think its crazy but my doctor told me i could take flintstone vitamins... the pre natal vitamins would make sick. so the only thing i can keep down are chewable vitamins. hope this helps!
