Menstrual cramps....and discharge...help

Okay so most of you know im 23w5d today, almost at the 6 month mark. Im experiancing some stuff that I haven't had with any other pregnancies. I woke up today with what I thought was my kidney's giving me issues, but now that it has been a few hours and I have drank a few litres of water, I have been able to determine that it isn't my kidneys giving me issues.

I am having severe mentrual like cramping in my lower back, a few aches in my tummy (lower tummy) and an extreme amount of (TMI) Milky white CM and very watery CM. I have had to change my panty liner a few times already today, and the last amount of discharge I had was really gunky and boogery with a slight pink look(mucous plug)?

What do you gals think it could be? Should I worry? I have my appointment on the 26th, can I wait till then, or call the on call physician?

So I went in to L&D because there was more pinkish discharge on my panty liner, and I was incredibly freaked out. I am obviously back now thank goodness, because its A) Boring lol and B) stresses me out.

I had an u/s done which showed that Conner is doing just fine, and that my mucous plug is still intact which is a plus. Come to find out Hubby and I must have been a bit rough BD'ing lastnight because I have a slight laceration on my cervix, which is causing the blood in my discharge. I was given a strict no BD for 2 weeks order, and an antibiotic to help prevent me from getting an infection.

Other than that me and baby are doing well.

If you haven't already gone to your doctor/L&D then I'd go to the ER ASAP...like martikadragoon said, better safe than sorry....Good luck!

You need to go to the doctors and get checked out. That "cramping" may in fact be signalling Pre Term Labor. Some woman get back pain and are really contracting. Call your doc ASAP... if you can't get thru go to L&D immediately. it's better to be safe than sorry.

hi im 23wks and 4days and i recently had the same problem, i woke up with horrible mestrual like cramps and i was like even crying it hurt so bad,i seriously thought i was going to have my baby but no thank  god, and there was also this milky discharge like alot of it tmi and i had to also wear a panty liner. So then that same day i went to the doc and i told him what was going on and he did an ultrasound to see if the baby was ok and he said the baby was fine it was just because the baby was getting bigger. but as far as the milky stuff he said it was just normal pregnancy discharge, and i explained to him that most of the time its not so watery and he said that its normal for it to become milky some times. but he did give me like this cream stuff just in case it was a yeast infection which my test came back neg for that but i still used the cream and the creamy stuff went away. so i think you'll be fine.
