Mild Cramping After Sex

Just recently I have decided to try and conceive a baby with the love of my life. :)
For the past month and a half we have been having unprotected sex and he has been ejaculating inside. (Except during my period, April 10). I am not sure when I ovulate since my cycle averages 35-40 days, so we have been having sex every day. For the past week, I have been having very mild cramping after sex. It feels like PMS cramps.
Should this be something to worry about?
Could this be a symptom that I won't be able to conceieve?

I have cramps after I have sex with my boyfriend but I'm concerned so I'm going to see a doctor and its a possibility that I might be pregnant who knows

Hi .. how are you feeling now??

I'm really ill with the flu now, and period showed her ugly face yesterday!!!

The doctor suggested that I see the nurse to get bloods etc taken to check everything was ok with me, so going to be doing that this week.

Well i'm making an appointment today, sick of feeling drained bloated ( i acutally looked about 5months pregnant yesterday), dizzy and sick especially if it'a for no reason!! So will let you know how I get on ;-) xxx

Update. I spoke to my OB/GYN about making sure I am able to conceive. We had a quick talk, told me what I am feeling is normal. Did a pap, tested my urine. He didn't order for a blood test, but I still have a week and a half until my expected period. He told me to start taking prenatals. I can't say that this will be my month, and I wouldn't be surprised if it is not, but I just keep trying right? Gotta be hopeful :)

Let me know how you get on ... I think I'm going to hold on and go next week so will get a definite result then, I spoke to someone else that ovulates later and her tests never came up with previous pregnancy's until later also ... so fingers crossed for us!! ;-)

Im glad I'm not the only one! And Gillian, good luck! Going to the doctor tomorrow just to make sure everything is functioning properly. Maybe I will get some good news.

I would talk to your doctor about having such a long cycle.  The longer the cycle the more difficult it is to conceive.  Just to make sure you're ovulating.

this happens to me too! i thought i was the only one. after reading all the comments im getting some possibilities. AF is due may 5 so we shall see. SEND TONS OF BABY DUST MY WAY!! LOL

That comment excludes after sex, this has been constant for a week.

If someone reads this, for the past week i have had cramping on my right side. It kind of feels like I have been ovulating for whole week. Does anyone know what that could be?

Hi there ..

I actually had the same thing on sunday nite and monday morning after having sex with my man, I've never experienced this before, whatever way I moved I got a shooting pain at the bottom of my stomach and lower back .. after a while it went away. I am not 4days late and having pregnancy symptoms but negative tests. I feel pregnant but maybe just too early to tell ... confused.com!! I already have a son, u'd think i'd know but heyhoo.

cramping can have multiple reasons. Sometimes it is PMS, sometimes it can be a pregnancy sign, I wouldnt think having cramps mean you cant have a baby, dont stress when you are trying to get pregnant you are going to feel every little thing and you need to try not to stress.
