Any good home remedies for nausea... trying to stay away from all medications if possible..granny told me to try lemons and pinches of salt..it work momentarily but back to the sick to my stomach feeling..any suggestions ladies what worked for you guys...
Ginger tea for sure but make it yourself the tea bags won't do as much, fresh also lasts a lot longer and you will be able to keep food down.
