Ok I woke up at 6:43 this morning and went and used bathroom. I'm 38+5. Yesterday doctor checked me and I'm only 1 centimeter dilated. Well I bleed little buy after exam which she said is normal cause cervix is tender. Well when I used bathroom this morning I lost my mucous plug. And in past hour I have went and peed 3 times. I'm having little cramps too. My question is how long after y'all lost yalls plugs did y'all go into labor? Oh and this is my second pregnancy.

I gradually lost mine starting around 32 weeks in my first pregnancy and my daughter was born 36/6

I'd say if you have any bigger amount of blood or closer more consistent contractions you should get checked again .....good luck

My friend lost her plug two days ago... She is now 100% effaced and 3 cm dilated... Our doc said any day now .. 1 week tops..... But she was 75% effaced and 2 cm dilated for a week so it just depends keep track of your contractions everyone is different :)
