I've had one and my doctor said they're very common during pregnancy. He told me if I'm straining too much while going to the bathroom, to try some softners or just add more fiber to my diet. Also water helps

Unfortunatly you can't. They are dilated and engorged blood vessels. The walls of the vessels are weakened by added pressure. So you will have them forever. I have the same issue. Some are internal and some are external. Look it up. If will tell u how to lessen the symptoms.
