Pink discharge after sex... TMI?

I am 10 weeks and the other night my partner and I had sex and immediately afterwards I was getting up to go to the bathroom and I dripped a little on the floor and it was light pink. I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was no pink or red on the toilet paper. The rest of the night and next day I was expecting to be spotting or possibly miscarry because I've had one before, but there was nothing. A little cramping but it stopped after 20 minutes. I know I should probably see a doctor but I'm kind of concerned about it right now and was wondering if anyone has had anything similar or has adviceor ssomething. Thanks

It happened to me at 6 weeks I was worried and went to the hospital just to make sure everything was okay and it was but the nurse told me sometimes the cervix gets sensitive and that causes it to happen

I had the same thing happen at 14 weeks!

I've experienced this throughout my entire pregnancy & im 38 weeks its just caused by extra blood flow to that area but if you are still concerned call your doctor mama
