Pregnant or pms

Hi, about a week ago I had white discharge, it did smell or itch. It went away and occasionally I have been getting clear discharge. Also I have weird cramping and bowel movements. And lower back pain. My pm's is always every 2-3two months. So I don't remember when I had it last. I also took a pregnant test and was neg. Could I be pregnant or just pms soon??
