Very sensitive nipples 2 weeks before period.

Hey, I'm a 17 year old girl and I'm sexually active, having been with only one man.
Anyway my questions is, What the heck is going on?! My boyfriend of 2 years an I had sex right after my last period over 2 weeks ago. I am on the birth control Loestrin and we did use a condom. But, for almost 2 weeks I have been sick to my stomach throughout most of the day, I have been getting cramps ( which usually never happens, even during my period) and my nipples are Extremely sensitive to anything. Even my bra hurts them to an extent and the lightest touch or bump puts me in slight pain. I have been reading up lately and  started wondering, could I be pregnant?  Can anyone help me here?
Please and Thank-you,
KL

Generally speaking, symptoms don't start so early and you stated you've had them since around the time you last had sex. The earliest they can start is around a week after ovulation when implantation occurs. Your birth control or impending period can cause the cramping and breast/nipple pain, even if you've never had this before. Wagering a guess, I'd say pregnancy is unlikely just because failure of both the pill and condom wouldn't be likely. Your chances would be higher if you don't take them as instructed, but still unlikely. Take a pregnancy test with first morning urine.

The best thing to do would be to wait for your next period, sometimes even when you are about o have your period you could feel those symptoms. Just wait & if your period doesn't come wait 2 more days & if still nothing try to do a home pregnancy test. That's what I had to do, but i wasn't using any type of protection. My nipples were sooo sore that my bra would hurt them.

Oh & if it's negative, you should see a doctor. Hope all is well.
