I'm 30 weeks pregnant and although I'm not passing blood after going to the toilet once I've wiped there is like a pinky blood like on the paper but other than that there is nothing . No blood in urine...what could it be

I agree, you need to see your doctor. It could be sign of UTI or kidney infection of some other infection, but a doctor will need to check you out to determine what it is.

You need to see a doctor asap. Any bleeding at this stage needs to be checked even if it turns out to be nothing x
