See a chiropractor, get a back massage from your partner, and if it's bad at night like mine gets try putting at pillow behind you where it hurts and lay part way on it, that helps my back pain till I get in to see my step dad who's a chiropractor.
Im a massage practitioner myself, so I would highly recommend it. ;-) But if it's not an option for you then I suggest doing slow, gentle stretches, bending down slowly and letting your arms dangle for a while, taking a relaxing warm bath, applying a heating pad to the area, lying down differently, going on all fours and just rocking back and forth, or tilting your back up and down (like a bridge..lol) hope that makes sense. Those exercises really help. Just try them out and see what works for you. :) if you have any questions, feel free to ask or message me. All the best to you :)
You can take some tylenol, using heating pad, or take a warm bath to help relax your muscles. I went to see my doctor yesterday because of this back pain and she told me these things.
Get a heating pad and do stretches regularly
