bleeding

I am 5 weeks pregnant and hace had vaginal bleeding since I found out I was pregnant. I have had my hcg tested and my levels keep going up. My ultrasounds look fine but I still bleed! Can someone please tell me what it can be?? I am soo scared this is my 6th pregnancy. I have 2 living children, had 2 miscarriages and one ectopic pregnancy that ruptured. I'm only 21 years old and just really need some help.

Sharp pains like cramps are normal. Its just the ligaments stretching because of your growing uterus and baby. But I would certainly ask for some more testing because of the bleeding. Although like KTowne said as long as dr said everything is fine and baby looks healthy then you cant really worry about it. It wont do you or baby any good. Good luck to you!

No I haven't been checked for that. I am also having pains n my lower abdomin. Sharp pains at times.

Sometimes women bleed throughout their whole pregnancies and are fine. Have you been checked for placenta previa, or a tear in the placenta? If not, I would ask about that! Otherwise if everything is looking good, and the doctor says your alright, I wouldn't worry about it hun! Good luck!
