What do they feel like? I'm a ftm and think I experienced them but not certain.

My belly hardens and it gets hard for me to breath. Sometimes it can be very uncomfortable almost like a crampy burning sensation but in my stomach.

I wld get them every 15-20 minutes and they wld feel like strong period cramps I wld lay down and felt worse so I wld try to walk to relieve the pain

For me I get them like every 20 mins and I usually feel like I have to pee or something and then my belly gets really hard and depending on what position I'm in my chest feels heavy and gets a lil hard for me to breath but usually if I go pee or relax and take deep breaths it goes away and then sometimes I wait it out which they don't last long.
