I went around 8 weeks & had a "rather large", thy called it, cyst on L ovary. I have been terrified. Much pain in the beginning but less now. They will look at 18 weeks again & determine if surgery is needed or not. Cut back on sex & activities that move your tummy a lot. I've been praying hard about mine ! They say a cyst is necessary for a prgnancy. Good luck !

I just had a huge one they found in my first ultrasound and I had to have surgery while pregnant. I was a little over 9 weeks along.
Now I'm 21 weeks with a very healthy baby, and I find out the sex on Tuesday :) its amazing what doctors can do.

I'm 20 weeks and have 3 on my uterus. One is actually getting larger. I can tell when the pain is pressure on the cyst and when its not. Should be fine to full term. My doc isn't worried.

I also had one, I was 14 weeks pregnant and it ended up going away on its own.. Sometimes if they burst it can cause a lot of pain but if it were to just go away on its own its like it was never there.., I'm 37 weeks & 2d any of these days ill go into labor, I've had a healthy pregnancy.. You should be fine unless your obgyn says differently. Good luck!!

I have had two one on each ovarie for a few years never large enough to surgically remove and once I got pregnant my dr said that my cyst should go down bc they form bc of ovulation and your not ovulating so it should help them chances are they will or have went down by your second trimester at latest idk how far along are you?

I did it went away. I think it usually happens at the beginning of pregnancy and should talk in on itself and heal or pop and heal and you might feel a little pain but its nothing serious. Shouldn't determine whether you make it full term it not.
