You'll have a lot of constipation during your pregnancy try to drink magnesium milk and foods with fibers.

I'm 8wks 2days and I had some constipation. I bought the Activia yogurt which helped a lot, then drinking a small cup of coffee will help too.
I've had problems with constipation all throughout my pregnancy, I'm 33 weeks now. What I've found that helps me is lots of water, and things high in fiber. Also eggs for some reason really help me. But if it gets really bad, miralax is safe to take, as is colace, which is a stool softener. Also there's fiber supplements you can take too. Hope I was of some help!
I just turned 11 weeks and mine is starting to go away. I found that grape or cranberry juice helped. Along with drinking lots of water.
