10 weeks 1day and I just want to know if its normal to have a negative urine test and light periods that last 2days and I'm also having a sore tummy like I've been working out and pulled a muscle has this happened to anyone else ?

Friday but the bleeding happened b4 it was confirmed but my stomach feels sore today and I'm very congested

A blood test I missed a period  1st but then I started getting light periods

Deffinatly go to your doctor. Bleeding for 2 days could be a sign something may be wrong, bit your also only 10 Weeks so it may be normal. Bettet to be safe than sorry.
