Yes you can have contractions before your water breaks only 10% of mamas have there water break on it's own. You could call your labor and delivery, unless contractions are 5 min apart I'd go in now. How far along are you?
36 weeks and 2 days. How long would i have them before they get to 5 minutes? Because i feel like it might have been to long to be real.
And its barely pain , its mainly pressure.
It is just pressure. Is this labor?
Sorry didnt mean to comment twice lol it wasn't loading.
With me I woke up at 5 am with menstrual like cramping and contractions I didn't go to the hospital till 11 my contractions were getting closer but still managable the doctor had to break my water . .so trust me you will noe when you're in labor your body just noes
i actually had contraction for 4 hours i hav had them constantly for a whole week could last hours i went to the l&D and i wasn't dilated at all they sent me home just gave me medication so i could sleep.. and was told it could mean a lot of things not just going into labor but him being heavy or him dropping or extra fluid causes contractions
My water broke while I was pushing my daughter out with my last labor. My water only broke once at the beginning of labor, the next 3 was broke by Dr during induction. The last on its own while pushing like I stated. If you think it is labor then go get checked. Labor can feel like pressure and no real pain, if you are lucky. Lol. You could be in labor.
