miscarriage?

I'm scared to death of having a miscarriage. I have a two year old son already and just  found out I'm five weeks pregnant . I was having bad cramps and some spotting  the er said it was a threatened miscarriage . now it's like all I do is worry about losing it . idk  what symptoms to even look for. blah

They just diagnosed me with a incomplete Spontaneous miscarriage and well that's how I started.
I was cramping and went from spotting to actually getting my period and now I've been to the e.r for 3 days straight cause the cramping got worst.
I have an appointment on Monday to see my options :( I really hope this is a normal spotting for you and that your baby is healthy. Their Is a chance it can just be implantation bleeding and honestly doctors will just assume that anything with bleeding "spotting" pregnancy can be a miscarriage.
I still haven't gotten an ultrasound done I'm 5 weeks and they just said it's that.so I'm confused myself :( I'll pray for you and your baby and my best wishes for you just stay positive<3 and try not to worry as much.

Drink allot of water and rest. Hope everything works out for you and I'd day try not to stress but that's impossible.  I will say I had cramps and some spotting with my first. He is a beautiful 4 yo now.

That happend to me with my first pregnancy twice I just prayed and stayed on bedrest

Don't keep stressing and worrying (I know it will be hard not to) but you have got to take it easy & rest!
