With my first pregnancy, the hungrier I got, the more nauseous I got. Try to eat little snacks every few hours so that you don't really get too hungry. That helped me. Hopefully it works for you too!
Yes. Morning sickness is horrible. Try eating some saltines and some Ginger ale. I'm not sure why but lemon in water helped to settle my stomach. You can also contact your doctor and request abti-nausea meds. If you go that route make sure they give you non-drowsey meds or I swear you will feel narcoleptic.
